What should I bring with my dog?

A.

If your dog is staying with us, we will need the following items

  • collar with ID tags
  • leash
  • crate/bed (if applicable)
  • food (enough for entire stay)
  • treats
  • completed policy and contact forms

We have plenty of toys and chews for dog to play with during his/her stay with us.

Do you offer any other pet related service?

If you have a pet related need that is not listed on our services page, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Where does my dog stay while you are at work?

A.

If you are a current HappyDogz client (or would like to become one), your dog can either come to work with me (additional daycare fee applies) or your dog can stay at home.  They would be left at home for at most 4 hours a day.

Where will my dog sleep while at your house?

A.

Dogs sleep in my home where they would sleep in yours.  If they sleep in a crate, they would sleep in one here.  If they sleep on a dog bed, same would apply here.

For in home pet care, would you stay at our house?

A.

Yes.  During the home visit before your trip, I would come over to see where I would be staying as well as where all your dog's belongings are.

We had an emergency, can you call you last minute?

A.

Of course!  We will try to accommodate your needs for pet care to the best of our ability and availability.

Do you have a fenced in backyard?

A.

Yes!  We have a 6' privacy fence surrounding our yard.  Dogs are not allowed in the backyard unattended as well.

What is your cancellation policy?

A.

We ask that you give us 48 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your reservation. We may apply a $25 cancellation fee for last minute cancellations.
